Shipping Policy

I ship from the U.S. to locations both domestic and international. Please check for restrictions within your region. 

Yay! You just ordered from ~clunky picnic~!! Now what should you expect?

~ 1-2 days processing of your order (creating label, packing your order, etc.)

~ your order ships! you will receive an email receipt with tracking!

~ it arrives and we all do a happy dance :-)

Questions: 

1. "I put in the wrong address at checkout! What should I do?"

Please contact me whenever you discover an error in address so I can fix it before I ship. If not, it will be returned to me and you will need to pay additional postage fees for me to ship it back to you. Please triple check your address when checking out. 

2. "My order is taking too long!"

Please allow for shipping delays due to busy times of the year, union strikes of postage workers, etc. 

I always ship in a timely manner and will do everything in my power to get your goodies to you.

3. "I received the wrong item / my order got damaged / I never received my order!"
